What is the lead time for my order?

As each of our product is carefully customise to ensure accuracy and the highest quality, please allow us 5–7 working days from the submission of the google order form for us to lovingly craft and prepare your order before it is shipped to you and your fur baby.

Is our clay pet-friendly?

Yes! We use premium, non-toxic impression clay that is baby-safe and pet-friendly. It is soft, gentle on your fur baby’s paws, and carefully selected to ensure a safe and worry-free experience when used as directed (external use only and not for consumption).

What to do if you have minor changes to make to your submitted Google Order Form?

If you notice any mistakes that you want to amend in your previously submitted Google Order Form, please let us know urgently by emailing us at ourfureverpawmise@gmail.com or dropping us a message on Instagram @ourfureverpawmise. We will try our best to accomodate to your requests on a case-by-case basis.
